9 of the best guided trekking holidays in the world

Visit the Stubnerkogel Mountain

Take the cable car up to Stubnerkogel – a 2300 meter tall mountain. Up here you can enjoy various hiking paths, a cool suspension bridge, a nice warm meal for a decent price and also a fantastic view of the Austrian mountain tops.

It’s also possible to walk up to the top, but I recommend you to either drive or take the cable car halfway up since it’s a pretty long walk.

I think it’s best to take the cable car all the way up and then walk to the middle station and then take the cable car to the end station. The road between the middle and the top station offers great views and cute horses and cows that like to say hello to the visitors!
